According to the requirements of Hunan Provincial Department of Ecological Environment's Notice on Announcing the Cleaner Production Audit List of Key Enterprises in Hunan Province in 2023, Hunan Huanfa [2023] No. 13 and other documents, our company will carry out cleaner production audit. The cleaner production audit carried out by Xianggang Metal Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is hereby announced as follows:

Basic information of (II) enterprises
The main products of Xianggang Metal Material Technology Co., Ltd. are steel wire rope series products, which belong to C3340 metal wire rope and its products manufacturing, belonging to the metal products manufacturing (C33) neutron industry. The main products are galvanized steel wire, galvanized steel strand, commercial steel wire, steel rope, steel wire for prestressed concrete, steel wire for prestressed concrete, elevator steel wire rope, high-performance steel wire rope and PC steel strand. At present, Xianggang Metal Company has reached the production capacity of 308400 tons of steel wire rope series products.
The company has three production sites, namely: Xianggang Plant (Gangcheng Road, Yuetang District, Xiangtan City), Shuangma Plant (Chutian Road, High-tech Zone, Xiangtan City, Hunan Province), and Valin Cable Plant (No. 1 Jianshe South Road, High-tech Zone, Xiangtan City, Hunan Province).
Main raw and auxiliary materials and production processes used in the (III)
The raw materials used in the company's production are mainly wire rods, and the production process is mainly drawing. In order to meet the product performance requirements, some products need to carry out pickling and phosphating treatment on the wire rod, heat treatment and galvanizing production on the drawn steel wire in the drawing process. In addition to wire rod, the production process also uses raw materials such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, lead ingots and zinc ingots.
Discharge of major pollutants from (IV) enterprises
The production wastewater of the enterprise is recycled to production after treatment, and no production wastewater is discharged.
The waste gas in the production process is mainly the waste gas produced by heat treatment, the waste gas produced by the combustion of natural gas boiler, and the waste gas produced by pickling. The main pollutants are lead smoke, acid mist, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides.
The solid wastes in the production process mainly include: metal waste, phosphating slag, lead slag, zinc slag, waste acid slag, etc. Metal waste is general solid waste, which is recycled and sold; phosphating slag, lead slag, zinc slag, waste acid slag, etc. are managed and treated as hazards.
