The main span of the bridge is 388m, and it crosses the Huajiang Grand Canyon, known as the "Great Crack of the World". The height difference from the bridge deck to the river surface exceeds 400m. It is currently one of the tallest bridges in the world. All steel strands used in the project are supplied by Xianggang Metal.
